Hot Stone Massage
For Hot Stone Massage therapy I use basalt stones because of their weight, smoothness and their ability to retain heat longer than any other type of stone. For performing massage strokes and heating muscles I use different sized stones depending on the area I'm treating. I use heavier stones on larger areas and the smaller stones for smaller areas and face. Slow, gentle strokes cause you to feel calm, relaxed and grounded. Hot stone massage also help in releasing toxins, relieving pain and improving circulation.
