Nicola Main BA (Hons), Dip. NT, mIANT

 

Nicola Main is a qualified Nutritional Therapist based in Dublin. She studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) where she gained a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. Prior to this she worked in behavioural change in a large UK-based consultancy and is uniquely qualified to help you make the changes you need to achieve better health and well-being through your food choices. Her philosophy of eating is that it should be pleasurable as well as beneficial and she will work with you to come up with an eating plan which is tailored to your preferences and needs.

Nutritional therapy focuses on you as an individual – yours specific needs and special concerns. A nutritional therapist will treat you primarily using dietary modifications, but recommendations may also include advice on natural detoxification, digestive support, avoidance of allergens and toxins, life-style changes and the appropriate use of supplementary nutrients, including phytonutrients.

Nutritional Therapy can be used to treat a range of conditions, including:
